Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

The purpose of this document is to describe the conditions and fees applicable to order cancellations.

The intent of this Policy is to recover all reasonable costs associated with customers cancelling orders. This Policy is not intended to contradict UAE laws or regulations that might stipulate customers' rights to cancel orders. If any UAE laws prescribe conditions under which customers may cancel orders, those UAE laws shall prevail.

As long as your item has not yet been scheduled for delivery, or your order has not started the shipping process, which generally happens within 24 hours, you may cancel your order.

For orders cancelled outside of the 24 hours, you will be refunded for your order less a 20% office fee.

As soon as you want to cancel a purchase, contact us with your FDXonline order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.

You can remove items from your cart
Move your mouse over the cart and locate the product that you want to remove and click the 'Delete' button.

Change or cancel your order
If you have accidentally placed an order or made a mistake while ordering, please send us email immediately with your FDXonline invoice number to
info@fdxonline.com

Your items been damaged during delivery
If your item(s) arrive in unsatisfactory condition, other than advertised on FDX's website, you may refuse acceptance.  FDX will investigate the issue and refund you in full, including delivery charges if your claim is justified.  If you, or your agent, accepts the item(s), the sale is deemed final.   Please contact us immediately at info@fdxonline.com

When you are sending us an email, please include:

  1. Reason for your cancellation
  2. Your FDXonline order # (find this info in your order confirmation email)
  3. Your phone number
  4. Photos of the damage
