Refunds & Returns


Your Rights for Refund

All sales are final on FDXonline, however we want you, our customer, to be happy with your purchase and therefore we have our Refund & Return Policy in place.  We will issue a refund for any item that falls under the following: 1) quality issue; 2) wrong item has been delivered; 3) damaged product.

You have 24 hours after delivery or pick-up to inspect your item and email us to initiate the return of an item, only if it doesn't match the listing in terms of appearance, condition, brand, color, dimensions or authenticity, in which case you will be refunded in full. Please contact us within 24 hours with evidence of any discrepancies. Keep in mind that after 24 hours the sale is final.

Please note that we deduct outbound and return delivery charges from the Buyer's original purchase price. Buyers will not be reimbursed for returns that are not received in original condition. If the Seller misrepresents an item, he is liable for all shipping and return charges.

To initiate a Return Request, please email us. In your email to us, please include:

1. The reason for the return
2. Your FDX order # (find this in your order confirmation email)
3. Your phone number
4. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damage

Once we review your return request, we will send you an e-mail with further instructions.

Each returned item must be received in its original condition. FDX reserves the right to deduct an amount of any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation.

Self Pick-Up

If you're picking it up yourself,the 24-hour return policy does not apply. You must reject the item at the time of pickup. Please do not accept the item or take the item with you. Email us right away and we will initiate a refund of your full payment. Returns will not be allowed after an item has been picked up.

Buyers may request to return an item and will be refunded in full if the item was misrepresented in the listing. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. To protect yourself from disappointment, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect item listings, including photos, descriptions, and details before purchase and verifying everything again within 24 hours of delivery by FDX service.

After we receive confirmation from the Seller that his/her item has been received in its original condition, we will process a refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the Buyer was responsible.

No Return or Refund

If a purchased item does not fit in your place or you decide you don't like an item you've received even though it matches its listing, we'll not accept the return but will gladly help you resell it through FDXonline.

Sales are final

Once a Buyer submits a request for purchase, the Seller removes his item from our website and therefore loses the ability to sell it to someone else. Missing the opportunity to sell an item can be very problematic for a Seller as they are moving and time is of an essence. Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with your decision before you purchase an item.
