This is the commercial Website of Furniture and Décor Exchange (the "Site" or "Website''), owned and managed by Furniture and Décor Exchange FZE, a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability incorporated pursuant to the laws of the United Arab Emirates under license No. 5013925 (the "Company"). The Website is an online market place for pre owned and pre loved luxury used furniture whereby suppliers of used items are connected with visitors to FDXonline Website who intend to buy the product. This Policy is applicable to every visitor, a uthorized user, unauthorized user, and parent(s) or guardian(s) monitoring usage of Website by minors (individually, the "User" and collectively, the "Users"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have meaning ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

This document sets out the details as to how information is collected, saved, processed and used when a visitor accesses the Website. Protecting the privacy of visitors is important to us; we therefore conduct our business in line with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. What do we do with your information?

Analytics Tools

FDXonline uses Google Analytics to collect and measure Website usage. This information is obtained using Google Analyticsa tool offered by Google allowing companies to measure, track and report Website traffic. Upon visiting our Website, Google Analytics starts collecting and storing information on pages Users visit. It also tracks and measures the time-length Users spend on the site, what referred the User to FDXonline Website, and which section, part, link or segment of the Website did the User click on. FDXonline does not permit Google to use or share its analytics data. Just like Google Analytics, FDXonline uses (or; may use) other analytics tools offered by other companies such as Bing, Yandex, etc. to name a few.  

How to Control and Delete Cookies

In general, restricting or controlling cookies has an impact on functionality of most Websites in general. If however, Users desiring to control, restrict or delete cookies, can do so by accessing their browser settings or alternatively visit the help section of the specific browser which will outline the steps you need to undertake to delete the cookies.

The Website, Company or Company's appointed agents may contact you and/or send information from time to time. FDX online will provide every User with the option to opt-out by choosing unsubscribe option that may be embedded within each communication in addition to settings within User's individual profile. Push notifications on mobile may include on-screen notifications, sms notifications, and periodical notification as to Website updates.  Whilst User(s) may opt-out from receiving commercial electronic communication, FDXonline may yet send administrative communications and notifications to notify User(s) of their account activities.
