How it works
Buying and selling in 4 easy steps:
1. Browse or List It
For Buyers: Browse listings of luxury furniture & decor by category. Select what you want and then proceed to checkout.
For Sellers: Post your new or ex-showroom luxury furniture & decor items for free. We enhance your posting by improving the visuals and providing the details that you may not know off hand. Only if it sells, we deduct a commission. Please see our commission structure under FAQ - Selling on FDXonline.
List It For Me Service: Do you want to sell your furniture but do not have the time to set up your account, take photos and list your item(s)?
2. Purchase Request and Confirmation
For Buyers: Reserve the product before someone else snaps it up! Your credit/debit card will only be charged when the Seller confirms within 24 hours of your purchase request.
For Sellers: When an interested Buyer submits a request to purchase item(s) you have listed, you have 24 hours to confirm the availability of the requested item(s). Without confirmation by the Seller, the Buyer's request will be automatically cancelled, the Buyer will be notified of the cancellation, and the credit/debit card will not be charged. The item will be removed from the website.
3. Delivery / Pick-Up
For Buyers: Select a delivery option that works for you - self pick-up or delivery by FDX. If you choose our service, you can select pick-up dates/times that work for you. Our delivery team will verify the condition of your item(s) at the time of pick-up and deliver them at the specified date/time. Our system ensures that sales are confirmed and item(s) paid for prior to delivery, thus eliminating last minute cancellations and possible no-shows. If you arrange your own logistics, you will receive seller's information after the transaction has been confirmed and the item(s) have been paid for.
FDXonline uses secure payments gateway for all transactions. Here is how it all works:
All sales are deemed final once a purchase request has been confirmed by the Seller. At this time, the Buyer's credit/debit card gets charged. The funds are held in escrow until 24 hours after delivery and acceptance by the Buyer, at which time payment to the Seller is released. The Seller's bank account will be credited within three business days, depending on the bank.
If a purchased item does not match the description and/or photographs shown on the website, the Buyer must notify FDX or the delivery team within 24 hours of delivery and will be refunded in full. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for further detail.
