Browse and Select Your Item

Browse our listings of heavily discounted luxury furniture & decor brands. Choose your item(s) and proceed to checkout or call us to make a viewing appointment with the supplier.  If you like what you see, you can pay by cash or credit card directly to the supplier and take it home with you or have it delivered.

Purchase Request & Confirmation

If you decide to buy an item online, we will put a hold on your credit card but you will only be charged when the Seller confirms the transaction.  If the Seller declines or does not respond within 24 hours, nothing will be charged to you and the hold on your credit card will be released.  We have partnered with one of the most trusted UAE online payment gateway, Checkout.com, along the line of customers like Samsung, TransferWise, Hopper, Virgin, and Adidas. Launched in 2012, Checkout.com is a leading international provider of online payment solutions. Checkout.com solutions are built on 100% proprietary technology and handle every part of the payment process. All payments on your checkout page are done through secured SSL connections to encrypt credit card numbers and your account information. You can be assured that your credit card’s data will be protected from any misuse or harm under Checkout.com’s 3D secure two-step verification process.

Pick-Up and Delivery

Select a delivery option that works for you - self pick-up or delivery by FDX. If you choose our service, you can select pick-up dates/times that work for you. Our delivery team will verify the condition of your item(s) at the time of pick-up and deliver them at the specified date/time. Our system ensures that sales are confirmed and item(s) paid for prior to delivery, thus eliminating last minute cancellations and possible no-shows. If you arrange your own logistics, you will receive seller's information after the transaction has been confirmed and the item(s) have been paid for.

Enjoy Your Purchase

We hope that your new purchase will look amazing in your home. If a purchased item does not match the description and/or photographs shown on the website, you must notify FDX or the delivery team within 24 hours of delivery and you will be refunded in full. Please see our Refunds & Returns Policy for further detail. The whole process is simple, safe and secure, and your satisfaction is guaranteed!

List Item

Post your furniture & decor items for free. We enhance your posting by improving the visuals and providing the details that you may not know off hand. Only if it sells, we deduct a fixed rate (see question What are FDX's selling fees? under Seller FAQs).  If you want to sell your furniture but don't have the time to set up your account, take photos and list your item, we will gladly do it for you.  Please go to List It For Me Service under FAQ's.

Purchase Request within 24 Hours

All sales are deemed final once a purchase request has been confirmed by the Seller. At this time, the Buyer's credit card gets charged. The funds are held by our payment gateway until 24 hours after delivery and acceptance by the Buyer, at which time payment to the Seller is released. The Seller's bank account will be credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the bank (after the item has been successfully delivered by the FDX team or picked up by the Buyer).

Schedule Pick-Up and Delivery

Choose pickup dates that work for you and write us an email stating at least 3 choices of dates/times when someone will be at home. Our delivery team will pick one of the dates and we will confirm your pick-up date/time by email. Please note that we will be charging an administration fee of AED 200 for no-shows.

Get Paid

FDX uses a secure payment gateway for all transactions. Payment is processed after your item has been delivered and accepted by the Buyer, at which time your payment will be released to you. Your bank account will be credited within 2-5 business days, depending on the financial institution. The process is simple, safe and secure, and your satisfaction is guaranteed!
